Collected Personal Data

Data through contact forms; we collect personal data directly from you when you book a session. We do not buy or acquire your personal data from third-party data brokers.

Information you provide directly through client intake forms: name, phone number, email address, emergency contact details, address for in-person sessions, and any health or wellness background info you choose to share to safely customize your Reiki session.

We collect your preferred payment method (Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo) and your relevant username or phone number associated with that app so we can send you direct payment requests. To maintain your financial security, we do not directly collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords.

All peer-to-peer financial transactions are processed securely through external apps. Depending on your preference, transactions are handled strictly by Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo. These payment processors maintain their own seperate policies governing how they handle your financial information.

Purpose for Collecting Data

We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate business reason to do so. Specifically, we use your data for the following purposes:

.Providing Reiki Services-We use your intake form answers to understand your wellness goals, tailor your energy sessions safely, and address your specific energetic health concerns.

.Managing Bookings-We use your email address and phone number to schedule your sessions, send appointment reminders, and contact you regarding any timing changes.

.Emergency Contact-We keep your emergency contact info on file strictly to ensure your safety in the rare event of a medical emergency during an in-person session.

Legal and Record Keeping-We retain certain booking and financial records to meet our business accounting, tax obligations, and legal requirements.
