Reiki is a complementary service and not a replacement for medical care. It is a energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment. It is reccommended that a client sees a licensed physician or health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments. Long term energy imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxtion needed by the body to heal itself.

Oracle readings are for spiritual growth and reflection purposes. Obsidian Flux Healing is not a licensed doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. Clients hold free will and are fully responsible for their own life choices and actions. Note that future outcomes are not set in stone and readings are subject to interpretation.

Bookings are not finalized or reserved until full payment is recieved. Payments are processed digitally via Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo after submission of the client intake form. A $20 travel fee applies to all in-home or in-person appointments located 30 minutes or more away from the practitioner's base location both ways. Drive time is calculated via standard GPS mapping.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or no-shows occuring less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are non-refundable.
